Growing Together: The Story Behind Our New Partners & Members
When I first started The FLO Group, I was a relative unknown. No one really knew who I was, what my mission was, or why I cared so much about helping seniors hear again. I walked into senior homes as a newcomer, hoping someone would give me a chance. Most didn’t. And honestly, I understood why.
Seniors are one of the most cautious communities you can work with — not because they don’t want help, but because many of them have dealt with false promises, disappointment, scams, and people coming in and out of their lives. Earning their trust is not easy. You don’t get it on day one. You earn it through patience, honesty, and consistency. You earn it by showing up.
And that’s what I did.
I spent years working one-on-one with seniors, listening to their stories, learning about their struggles, testing devices together, adjusting, improving, and evolving. I traveled to different cities, did group events, and slowly built relationships — not just as a businessman, but as someone who truly cares about them. Someone who lives with my own disability, who understands what it feels like to struggle, to adapt, and to fight for independence. That connection, that empathy, is a big part of why I do what I do.
Over time, the product improved. The results improved. The feedback became more emotional — seniors crying, families thanking me, people reconnecting with the world after being silent for years. And with that came more attention, more interest, and more belief in what I am trying to build.
This journey wasn’t overnight. It took years of hard work, dedication, compassion, and perseverance.
And now, after all that commitment, something meaningful is happening.
We are beginning to grow — not just in sales, but in trust.
We are gaining memberships in respected organizations.
We are building strategic partnerships with major senior-care groups.
These partnerships didn’t come because I asked for them.
They came because people saw the work. They saw the results.
They saw the connection I have with seniors — the patience, the respect, and the mission behind the product.
Partnerships with organizations like ICCER (institute for continuing care education and research)and collaborations with Bethany’s , and Silvera are not just logos on a page. They are signs that the senior-care community recognizes what FLO-TruBalance® can do. They see the potential for national and global impact. They see that this product isn’t just about sound — it’s about quality of life, dignity, and human connection.
These relationships represent the foundation of something much bigger.
They make it easier for other communities, senior homes, and organizations — those who may have hesitated before — to open their doors. To give the product a chance. To give me a chance.
And this is only the beginning.
As The FLO Group grows, I will continue joining new memberships, connecting with new organizations, and strengthening relationships across Canada. Because building a credible brand takes time, consistency, and heart. And I’m committed to all three.
We’re building something special here — not just a company, but a movement. One that helps seniors, supports families, and brings people together through better sound clarity. These new partnerships, collaborations and memberships are just the first step toward a much bigger vision.
And I’m excited for where this journey will take us next.
