Step 3 – Small Refundable Deposit

A refundable deposit ensures the device is returned after the trial, giving you peace of mind.

Step 4 – Complete the Loan-A-FLO Agreement

A Loan-A-FLO Agreement Form is required before participating in the program. This helps ensure all parties have a clear understanding of the trial process, responsibilities, deposit terms, and expectations before taking a FLO-TruBalance® device home.
